My work lives at the intersection of embodiment, perception, and long-form human change.
For over three decades, I have been immersed in practices that explore how people move through thresholds, reorganise themselves, and return to a more truthful relationship with their own experience.
My path has never been linear or conventional. It has unfolded through creative disciplines, somatic work, facilitation, and sustained engagement with symbolic and esoteric systems.
The conditions that allow something to soften, release, or reconfigure at depth.
My role is not to instruct or prescribe, but to create spaces where listening becomes more precise, and transformation can occur without force.
Professional formation and practice
My professional background spans formal training, applied practice, and long-term facilitation across a range of fields. This includes:
- Breathwork facilitation and teacher training (Breathing Space, graduated 2025)
- SOURCE Process and Breathwork training (graduated August 2025)
- Relational Life Therapy (ongoing)
- Somatic and embodied practices
- Birth work and doula training
- Creative and performance-based disciplines, including theatre, acrobatics, and applied arts
Over the years, I have worked with individuals and groups in a wide variety of contexts, holding both structured and open-ended spaces. This work has been shaped as much by lived experience as by formal education, and by the realities of working with real bodies, real nervous systems, and real lives.
Esoteric and symbolic foundations
Alongside my formal training, my work is informed by long-term engagement with symbolic and esoteric systems. My relationship with these traditions began in the early 1990s and has unfolded through decades of independent study, lived practice, and integration.
I approach these systems not as belief structures or identities, but as symbolic languages. Ways of understanding pattern, rhythm, and meaning that sharpen perception rather than replace it.
Tarot
My engagement with Tarot began in the early 1990s and developed through sustained study, immersion, and shared practice with other practitioners. Over time, it has become an integrated symbolic language for me, shaped by archetypal psychology and ongoing engagement with the Tree of Life and Kabbalistic frameworks. It functions less as a tool and more as a way of articulating what is already present.
Astrology
I have worked with astrology since the early 1990s, maintaining a deliberately practical orientation. Rather than complex chart analysis, my focus has been on lunar cycles, phases, and timing. Astrology, in this context, serves as a framework for understanding rhythm, seasonality, and transition.
Human Design
Human Design entered my field more recently and has been explored primarily through lived experimentation, observation, and dialogue. I relate to it as an experiential system that offers insight into energy dynamics, pacing, and decision-making, without reducing individuals to static categories.
Magic and ritual practice
My engagement with magic also began in the early 1990s, with roots in Wiccan and practical folk traditions. Over time, this evolved into a pared-back, embodied approach that favours simplicity and integration over formal structure. While I have explored ceremonial forms, my preference is for practices that remain grounded, adaptable, and woven into daily life.
Kabbalah
Kabbalistic study has been a recurring thread in my work, with periods of deeper focus at different stages. The Tree of Life continues to inform how I understand structure, integration, and the movement between form and mystery.
How this comes together
These strands are not separate domains that I switch between. They form the ground from which my work emerges.
Symbolic systems inform how I listen and perceive. Somatic practice informs how I pace and hold space. Creative and performance lineages inform how I work with presence, attention, and relational fields.
What matters to me is not belief, performance, or explanation, but clarity, agency, and embodied integration. The work unfolds through attunement, timing, and respect for what is actually happening, rather than through imposed methods.
